Naturally produced sparkling SYLTBAR (pronounced Zooltbar) Rosé / San Simone from Friuli, Italy. Made from 100% Merlot Grapes. 11.5 % Alcohol by Vol. Delightfully well balanced, creamy, yet crisp. SYLTBAR has less calories due to 4 months of fermentation, so only native fruit sugars remain in the finished product. Syltbar is Vegan. Very low in carbs and sulfites, only 63 calories per 6oz glass, no added sugar. No impurities that can potentially cause headaches.
