Made from 100% Glera grape varietal. 11.5% Alcohol by Vol. Delightfully well balanced, clean, crisp and refreshing, SYLTBAR has less calories due to a long 4 month fermentation process, so only native fruit sugar remains in the finished product. Only 49 calories per 6oz glass, no added sugar. SYLTBAR has 4 times less sugar compared to Veuve Cliquot and Moet & Chandon, the reason why SYLTBAR is so low in calories. Syltbar is Vegan.
