Product Description
The 2013 harvest began and finished later than normal, from mid-March to late-May. During this cool extended harvest, early-ripening varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc thrived. Temperatures being 5 to 8 degrees lower than the average harvest, allowed for lower alcohol and fresh acidity.
