Product Description
An intense blend of Columbia Valley Malbec and Syrah. A percentage of the Northridge vineyard Syrah was co-fermented with Viognier, adding a savory component to the wine. The wine was aged for 16 months in a combination of new and used French and American oak barrels. During fermentation, the wine was left on the skins for up to 30 days, allowing for this wine to develop incredible color, beautiful tannins, and a rich flavor profile. Subtle notes of oak round out this beautiful wine.
