During 2013, the Scratchpad winemakers enjoyed the many days of sun here in California. Warm days and cool nights made for ideal growing conditions for Pinot Noir. Grape picking began in some vineyards as early as August 20, with high yields of pristine quality Pinot Noir grapes that we sourced to go into the 2013 vintage of the Scratchpad Central Coast Pinot Noir.
