Product Description
Snow Vineyard is a 30 year old vineyard in the northern area of the Adelaida District. This vineyard is known for producing elegant and balanced wines with delicate aromas. The grapes were gently removed from their stems and sorted by hand. This fruit was then fermented in bins and punched down by hand three times each day. Upon completion of primary fermentation, the pomace was gently pressed using a basket press. The wine was then racked in to French and Hungarian oak barrels, where it fully completed malolactic fermentation and aged for 14 months.
