Product Description
Mustard Creek Vineyard is located in the northern area of the Adelaida District. After being carefully harvested by hand, the Mustard Creek Zinfandel was double sorted and gently de-stemmed, leaving behind only the finest fruit to be fermented in bins and punched down by hand three times each day. The primary fermentation was completed and the wine was left on the skins for an extended maceration prior the pomace being gently pressed using a basket press. The wine was then racked in to French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels, where it finished malolactic fermentation and aged for 14 months.
