In May 2001, Maryhill Winery opened its doors as one of only 100 wineries in the state.Today, there are more than 800 Washington wineries. With a lot of hard work and determination, the Leutholds achieved their dream of creating a true destination winery with a 3,000-square-foot tasting room, a beautiful vine-covered arbor, world-class bocce courts, picnic grounds and an adjacent 4,000 seat amphitheater that hosts a world-class summer concert series. The winery has grown from a modest 4,300 case production in 1999 to more than 90,000 cases today, making it the 9th largest winery in the state.
