Product Description
The wine is a blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Syrah from coastal vineyards in California. Blended in early January and bottled the second week of February 2011 the wine is young, but has a finished taste and appearance. Wanting to make a ÒYoung MerlotÓ, but not a nouveau wine we gave ourselves an extra three months to polish the finish. The results are more ÒwineyÓ and deliver a youthful and fresh approach to Merlot for immediate enjoyment.
